OurVet.Shop turns 1! We’ve been operating as the simplest way to manage re-ordering for now over a year, an invaluable tool during this pandemic period, with 1000s of orders processed per month averaging £55 per order.


How does OurVet.Shop® help boost client orders?

We seamlessly integrate with your PMS and let clients re-order treatments, food and make custom service payments through a simple cloud-based form. Each re-order request is then managed through your Hub where it can be quickly verified, taking away most of the fiddly admin for your team.

The whole journey stays true to your practice and brand, with colours and other customisation options available so your clients know it’s your vet shop service. We know that all vet practices are different so we give you the ability to tailor your brand, product catalogue, prices (including delivery options) so your clients always know they are dealing with you.

OurVet.Shop also makes it easy to manage clients with Pet Health Plans through an easy way to manage deliveries of all their bespoke medications and food with home delivery or collection from your practice. This means it's easier than ever to stick to a plan!
